What is the difference between Mothers foaming tire and wheel cleaner and Mothers professional wheel cleaner as far as cleaning ability and does it cleans tires to?

Haven't used the mothers professional, but the foaming is absolutely first rate on tires. Second only to tuff shine tire cleaner in my book.

Never tried the professional stuff as well, but the All Wheel & Tire Foaming is awesome.

I agree only tire cleaner I use its fantastic

Forza Felipe

The pro product is a concentrate whereas Foaming Wheel & Tire
is a ready to use product.

Foaming will clean tires better due to its ability to dwell and its formulation.

Both are very good wheel cleaners.

Thanks for the replies guys . If the professional cleans as good as the foaming wheel cleaning I would of purchased it do to it being a better value.

Keep in mind that the Professional Wheel Cleaner does not really clean tires like the Foaming Wheel & Tire Cleaner does.

We do have a great tire cleaner in our Back-to-Black Tire Renew, but it is offered only in a 24 ounce consumer size.

Below are some details on Mothers Professional Wheel Cleaner:

The recommended dilution for Professional Wheel Cleaner is 1:4.

General overview of instructions:

Know what what type of wheel and finish you are cleaning.
Spray dilution on a cool, dry surface.
Allow to penetrate a few minutes.
Hose off with a strong spray of water.

A second application or agitation of stubborn areas with a soft brush may be necessary on extremely dirty wheels.

For factory/oem coated wheels and hubcaps only.

Avoid polished (uncoated) or roughcast aluminum, billet or anodized wheels. Do not use on aftermarket or ceramic brake systems. Do not use on motorcycles (mainly because of the close proximity of sensitive finishes).

It's perhaps worthy of note that modern factory wheels among the major automakers do offer "polished aluminum wheels," but they are clearcoated. All modern factory wheels are generally coated (with either clear or paint or both), chrome clad or chrome plate.
