2010 Mitsubishi Strada/Triton

Hello everyone.Im new here.Just ask a little question regarding with out Mitsubishi Triton 2010 model.I dont know if its allowed to put a compound and wax on it because im not sure of its paint type.as you can see in the photo,(where the flash reflected),its a kind of rough paint or its just because thats a plastic.hope you can help me.Thanks autogeek

Yes sir...its the front bumper.Can i use the mothers cleaner wax?
