Applying sealant after polishing with ro polisher

Should I remove the tape after I polish then apply sealant with the Ro polisher?
 
if you doing this in a one day period, I leave the tape until completed job.
Clean areas around tape to make sure all polish/dust is removed.
Remove tape 90 degrees from surface and enjoy you work
