Ease of use, longevity, shine, depth, etc..... The whole shebang! Just curious! :buffing:Im the MAN

Peace,

Darrin

I've never had great success with jet seal. It always seems to get water spots in it and not bead well. I've never used 476, but I love 845 so if I were choosing between the 2 I would go with collonite

Collinite 476 ALL THE WAY!! Just a biased opinion. I am not and never will be a Chemical Guys fan....anymore.....from 1st hand experience. The quality of their products are questionable at times. Again, 1st hand experience.

Collinite has a PROVEN track record. I have 845, 476 and the 915 (I believe it's the number).

476 wins by a long shot. Never understood why people liked jet seal. It works and looks good, but collinite will far exceed the jet seal. Maybe application is where collinite will lose out to jet seal, but it's worth it trust me.

Interesting & intriguing. Please continue. Although not surprising.

Peace,

Darrin

:iagree: and have to say it again, CG has the market on Bullshit vocabulary;just read through their product detail and it makes your head spin. :nomore:I was born on a day and it wasn't yesterday. Nothing I tried from CG came close to Collinite OR Duragloss products.

Jet Seal is much more user friendly than Coli 476 hands down. Durability wise, 476 all the way. IMO, the best Coli wax is 915. It's looks are up there with Souveran and Fuzion, but much cheaper and lasts 4-6 months here in Cali.

Colly all the way

jet seal will look good for a few days though

Jetseal 109 is easier to use but there are much easier to use products on the market if ease of use is a primary criteria. Collinite 476 completely owns Jetseal for durability. The looks are slightly different, maybe a wash or a narrow edge for Collinite. Cost effectiveness: Collinite again takes this going away. Jetseal 109 is, IMO, one of the poorer sealants I've used.

I have never used it but see many comments about lack of durability of Jetseal yet CG continues to claim it is a long last sealant.

Many years ago Jetseal was a long lasting sealant. But like computers technology has changed over the years and more advanced products are making it to market.

Just my opinion, but jet seal was NEVER a long lasting sealant. Just the flavor du jour on many of the car forums

Jet Seal was revamped in the past year or so. Now it's supposed to last a year. I dunno about that. If I was looking for a long lasting sealant I'd be poking around lines that are almost universally loved: Pinnacle, Duragloss, Dodo Juice, etc...

I'm not sure why people always recommend 476. To me, I just go to the top of the food chain and get 915. I know 476 is supposed to last a bit longer, but 915 is no slouch in durability and looks awesome.

Indeed, the Collinite Marque D'Elegance 915 looks like the 476S on steroids.
