Leather dye/coloring coming off

On the passenger and driver side seat cushions it appears the coloring is coming off or becoming discolored. It is the side where. One gets in and out and as such gets the most rubbing.

For those familiar with leather interiors can you suggest next steps? Do I need to get some paint for the leather?
