Hi, everyone. I lost a flat wrench that I use to replace a backing plate of Griot's 6 inch polisher. Does anyone know where I can find any flat wrench that fits for Griot's 6 inch polisher (not the latest model but one generation old)?

Yeperdoo...

Just used the Griot's wrench to remove a backing plate off all 3 tools...

Remember, don't over tighten your backing plates onto the free floating spindle, due to close tolerances the wrenches are thin and you can widen the jaws if you over tighten the backing plate like a caveman.

If you do ruin your wrench, you can find a replacement on the AG store here,

And it will work on all 3 style DA Polishers.

You want to get a PC wrench.

The PC wrench is thicker and stronger and the jaws or opening that fits on the spindle won't stretch out like it will on other wrenches. It might be a snug fit as it's thicker but it's all I use for the PC, Griot's and Meguiar's G110v2 and MT300.

You can find them on the AGO store or call customer care.
