Best cleaner for White Rubber Mats

Hi I just found some white floor mats that I would like to restore They have some dark stains, tar spots, and some yellowing. I have tried every cleaner I have in my collection and can't get beyond a certain point. The best results from Dura Gloss White Wall Cleaner, but not good enough!
Can you recommend something more powerful that will not dissolve the rubber mat?
 
I don't know if I ever seen a white mat.use a non caustic self etching apc.Try the meguairs line.The yellowing is probably aged floormats,which without seeing them the yellowing is embedded in the rubber itself and may not come out.
 
Use Shout Advanced Stain Lifting Foam. It's the best stuff ever. Way better than Bleche White.
 
Btw, what kind of vehicle comes with white rubber floor matts? Is this some sort of pimpmobile? Lol
