How to apply a PASTE wax to a machine polisher pad
This video had the sound deleted, but it shows me applying the paste wax to a new, fresh polishing pad. I actually used a little more than needed for this first application - it covered the entire hood, LF fender and driver's front door on my Wife's Escape. I only had to reapply wax to the pad twice to cover the entire car.

When I used those types of products in the past i would cut around the perimeter with a knife and remove the entire block. Then i would rub it on the DA waxing pad.
Your method works well also. Good video and thanks for sharing it, Don.

Good stuff, Don.
A little goes a LONG way when you are machine-applying it.
It is no coincidence that man's best friend cannot talk.

Wax application by a DA certainly has it's advantages over hand application.

Have been applying wax and sealants via a D/A for many years now, much easier to get a consistent, thin coat applied.
The easiest of all being Gyeon Q2 Wax with the deodorant-stick style container. Such a good idea that other companies making a paste wax could learn from.
