I finally got around to doing a correction on my car after getting a griots polisher. I used Meguairs UC on an orange pad and UP with a blue pad. For wax I got cheap turtle wax from Walmart. The paint was a swirled out mess and the trunk lid had hundreds of little scratches so I painted it with Duplicolor paint. I sanded it back down to the oem finish and all the scratches got filled in. I'd say it looks pretty good after I polished it.

Not the best pictures but the sun was out in full strength.

The hood was in the worst condition with some deep scratches and damage from bird droppings.
