Tinted Windows Annoy Me

To me there are only pros and no cons to having tinted windows. Are you mad because people in other cars can see you and you can't see them?
I also feel like having mine tinted makes cleaning them a lot easier.

Yeah, I think so. If I can't see in their vehicle I guess I feel like it's not right. They can see me but I can't see them. Some are so dark they have to be illegal. That makes it worse for me. lol

I know, I'm strange. I'd be a horrible cop. I'd be screaming at them to get out of the car with your hands up, ya punk! Haha

Hum... live and let live?

Only issue I have with tinted Windows is that if the tint is too pronounced, it must be hard to see through them at night and that can make them dangerous. Other than that, enjoy them if you have them.

You should add this to the what frustrates me behind cars thread.

I have tint on my car. It's not insanely dark. I am photosensitive so it helps with that, helps keep the interior cool, helps hide anything in the car and I kinda like people not being able to stare at me if I'm stopped at a light.

Maybe this makes me sketchy.... Oh, and I have tattoos too :D

Does anyone realize tinted windows are more of a target for thieves? Since they can't see in your vehicle they assume you want to hide something.

I have nothing to hide and nothing in my car and not once has anyone been interested in getting into my car. I often leave it unlocked. Never had any issues. The more you try to hide stuff the more interested crooks are. Common sense.

I Have all my windows limo tint and front windshield 25%. I love it. Privacy. Helps with the sun and gives cars a more aggresive look

I think the bottom line is a lot of people tint because they like the look..... Period.
And I'm sorry, but leaving your car unlocked is just dumb.... Many times a thief will walk down a row of cars and pull on handles. If they find one that's open they will go in it. I'm not going to make it easy for someone to steal my stuff. I don't leave anything in the car FYI.

I agree, totally dumb to knowingly leave your car unlocked. Just asking to have your car trashed, thief doesn't get anything, get's pissed, guts the car.

I have nothing to hide, my windows are tinted and I've never been robbed. Also the dozens of people I know with tints they haven't either. This is in Los Angeles too! So I dunno man thieves are thieves tint or not.
