I just finished correcting a black (with blue metallic) Acura TL. I took quite a few photos and figured I'd show you guys some highlights of my process.

Be sure to keep scrolling down. I added pics in 3 separate posts.

Notable Products Used:
Prep
Meg's Hyper Wash (foam cannon and bucket)
Meg's MF wash mitt (LOVE this mitt)
P21S TAW (Pretreated lower panels, front bumper and wheels)
Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner
Meg's Clay (Hyper Wash as lube)
Meg's Waffle Weave Towel
Correction
GG6 (Yes I'm happy with it, but switching to Rupes in Spring)
Meg's MF cutting and finishing pads 3-6"
"M405" :xyxthumbs: (D300 and M105 mixed 50/50)
D301 Finishing Wax (normally would finish with 205, IPA wipe and seal, but client's budget didn't allow this. Still got excellent results).
Eurow 300GSM (RED) Microfiber Towels (Not to be confused with yellow or gold 350's. I like the reds a lot! Double sided, descent edging and no tags.

Now on to the correction...

Looks good Jeremy :) I like the GG6 its a great machine nothing wrong with it at all and You will love the Rupes :)

Sorry I posted in the middle of your post :( Great work as always bro.

looks great, nice job. i've always liked older acura's, they hold their looks very well...

Stellar work Jeremy! The after shots are crazy glossy

Nice work, I like my GG6 as well:props: I miss the good old days of Acura.

What did you use to clean the exhaust?

I agree. The new ones aren't bad, but they look like they have a goofy smile. I don't like smiling cars.

You better be sorry haha. It's my bad. As I was posting all those pics, I suddenly started thinking there was a limit on number of pics per post. I was in a hurry and didn't want to mess with it screwing up, so I just did separate post. Am I wrong about that?

Thanks so much! The pics still didn't do it justice though. I'm working on my photography skills and have a long ways to go haha. I am always shocked at how well D301 finishes out and looks...especially compared to much more expensive products.

I was a little disappointed with the 50/50 hood shots. I couldn't get the lighting right, and I just didn't have any more time to spend with it.

P21S taw and "0000" steel wool. I was going for clean, not perfected polished.

I was really hoping for some sun shots on this car, but it rained all day!

Looks good! I especially like the clean up on the exhaust and wheels.

Awesome job!! I love those old acura's. Almost a bullet proof car, if only they could have gotten that tranny problem under control.

Great work! That paint really pops and sparkles now.

Question: what brush is that you have up the tailpipe?
