I am currently making my Dr. Pepper, fresh Orange Juice, Grey Poupon Baked Ham. I would like if others posted foods, that they are eating

Stone Crab season just started down here in Florida, oh yeah!

 
^ The stone crab looks delicious . I've never had them, but will put them on my to try list.

I also ordered a bento box, with teriyaki salmon. I guess I got to excited when the food got there that I forgot to take pictures :laughing:

Chung King chili chicken, celery root puree, celery leaf, celery stem

Compressed watermelon, pickled watermelon rind, fresno chile, scallion & hoisin

Did you cook these dishes and why Fava beans in their shell?Good looking pics. and reminds me of when I cooked for the Rich and Famous as Average Joe could not afford even the ingredients. Goose Foie Gras(Illegal now in Calf.) and Morels can cost as much as a car payment.Fresh fish checks are hard to come by and expensive so If this is your cook than my hat is off to you.

I did make everything I posted. It's hard to tell, but I can assure you the favas were removed from their shells, they were just huge. I'm fortunate to have a very good fishmonger, so even though I'm as far from the ocean as you can get in the US, I can still get fish cheeks with a couple days notice. We also have several really good co-ops so morels, ramps, blood orange and favas are all readily available when they come into season. Thanks for the kind words.
