Hey guys...

Just went to Home Depot to get some stuff. I saw this in the isle before going to the checkout counter.

Went home, washed the car....AGAIN...and WOW...it works good.

$32 bucks.

Has a 30 satisfaction guarantee and a 2 year limited warranty.

Can't beat that with a stick.

Way cool!! I got mine at Walmart for about the same price. Really works!!

I've been using a leaf blower for years with nothing but success.....but there is a trick to making them work....

The Key: Be sure the finish has a good coat of sealant or wax otherwise high speed air will have a tendency to spread the water droplets around rather than blowing them from the finish quickly. It's all about surface tension....

They work like a charm, no need for a expensive master blaster.

I just recently started using my leaf blower for drying after I joined this forum. I love eliminating all of those drips before they even have a chance to drip.

I use my Cordless Black&Decker....

As they say whatever blows wind up ur skirt or water off ur car :)

I started with just a leaf blower , while it works . I just wanted more power ! leaf blower +/- 200mph , master blaster + 600 mph

That is a good buy. At that price I will have to get myself one of them.

It seems a lot of geeks want some type of air blower to dry their cars. Being an average dude, living in an average place - I don't have a garage big enough to wash in - or shade to wash in at home.

So, I got a Master Blaster - as I thought it would help dry faster to avoid water spots. While it does allow you to dry without touching the car, if it's hot and sunny - you will have water spots before the car is dry. So, the MB is great for drying wheels, drying without touching, getting water out of cracks, etc...

However, for the average dude, I find my CR Spotless does way more all around to help making drying a car easier and faster. The reason is, you can wash in the blazing sun (keeping the car wet while washing), then rinse with DI water, and then just basically let the sun dry the car. This is a phenomenon that is amazing the first time you see it - if your used to hard water.

So, you can wash and rinse with DI water, and then let your car drip dry / evaporate while you clean your buckets, clean your brushes, put stuff away clean your jambs, or eat some lunch. Then, just wipe the little bit of DI water left with a QD and a waffle weave. That's what I do at least.

Just my opinion, but I think DI water does more to effectively dry a vehicle than any air blower.

I usually wash outside, drive omni garage, use a 1-pass squeegee (maybe it's easy pass... Either way it's all silicon), blow off the remaining water with a shop vac, and wipe my car down with microfiber. I get a really nice wash with no steaks or water spots.

Not every average dude has a DI system lol.

What I was trying to say in my convoluted way is this: a MB and a CR Spotless are each about 3 bills, I have both, and if I had to only have one it would be the CR.

Just wash and dry by panel to avoid water spots. It works like a charm in Las Vegas weather plus hard water

Yeah, the MB is a poor value. The CR Spotless is a better value. Drying with a towel can (will?) cause scratches.

I use a cheap leaf blower for drying my cars and it works great. My drying process is usually wipe windows/roof/hood with a silicone squeegee, then dry car 99% with an Absorber, then follow up with the leaf blower to get the body seams, trim, & wheels. I never have issues with water spots, but maybe the water here isn't that hard, I don't known.

I own the MB and I think a lot of people miss this machines true calling. I rarely use it to dry a car but I use it every time i do an interior. I know a lot of Geeks are split on this topic but I find if you air purge a vehicle first you save SO much time and effort later. I have some videos on my YouTube channel explaining this process. I used to do this using shop vacs or compressed air but the MB takes it to another level. I blow my own vehicles out once a month just to freshen them up. I rarely have a need to vacuum them.

I may be slow, but I do poor work.

I don't own either, but at least a MB is a one-time expense. With a DI you have to buy replacement cartridges, which are very expensive expensive, and many people complain they do not last very long.

I am not agree upon the cheap things. My dad always told me to use the high quality accessories for the cars. Its my profession so i have no idea on Cheap Air Blower.I used another quality air blower which have excellent result and it never curse me .That,s the fact.

This is a good price but the quality matters I guess. I'm not fun of buying some cheap items mostly related to electricals because the life span is not for long. sooner or later it will crashed of some sort and there you go..your bucks gone!
