Eco touch products being sold at target now?

I too had NO issue with the spray wax either, have used it both as a drying aid and dry application as well.

This is great for us. I say they will last a year or so at Target. Don't think anyone will buy them. Not because Eco Touch isn't great - just because I really don't see a market at Target for that stuff. I don't see anyone spending $10 for anything for their car at Target.

Looking forward for all the Eco Touch stuff to go on clearance. It's not at every Target - only 500 stores.[/QUOTE

You must be kidding.

Don't understand the attempt at a quote and then saying "You must be kidding", clarification please, thank you.

Don't understand either. Isn't that pretty much exactly what happened? Target is like blowing them out for a dollar or something now. I don't even think the stuff made it 6 months.

No slam on Eco Touch. Their stuff is great. I just don't see it commanding shelf space at a place like Target. It's too good for Target. I was in Target last night - it's going down hill. Hot chicks used to shop there - now they all go to Restoration Hardware & Whole Foods.

Mebbe Michael Graves will come out with a line of detailing stuff? Also waiting for Jay Leno to slap his name on something detailing related (assuming they could fit his bulbous head on the bottle).

Wait... Target is going down hill because "hot chicks" used to shop there and now they don't? I hope that isn't a serious statement.

And you are exactly right. A typical target shopper is not going to go Into the Automotive department and look for boutique level car care products. They want affordable ones...

That's if they even go into the automotive section. I'm a frequent Target shopper, but I'll admit that's not the place I think of when I need anything automotive. I usually swing through out of general curiosity, but when I do, I'm always the lone person on that isle. I don't think many people associate "car stuff" with Target which is probably why it's only about 8' of shelf space in my local store.

I think it's very funny how this thread got into a target bashing thread! all it's really coming down to is this, there's a very good product there and it's very cheap. personally I'm not mad at any of you guys for bringing up all this stuff about target , just saying.

Lol, I didn't read any "Target bashing" at all, just confusion as to how they thought carrying a Boutique type car car product sounded like a good idea.

Ultimately, who cares right, it worked to our advantage!! :)

I has most certainly worked in our advantage and ECO TOUCH's too, we bought up the product and most of us really like the product line, so a good review will help those looking for something new and honestly, I'm very impressed with the ECO TOUCH line, they've got a customer for life because I will always have something of theirs in my collection!

Are all the Targets cleaned out?

Didn't read the whole 10 pages, but any time I've looked in Target for car care I was not there long. They didn't seem to have much of anything store wide in my interest. Maybe I need to revisit.
