I was lucky enough to hear about this show on "Drive Chicago" last weekend and my wife straightened me out as to which day it actually was, I thought it was Saturday the 23rd when infact it was Sunday the 24th. This show was open to the public but the cars were INVITE ONLY, so I knew there would be NO junk and it couldn't have been better, this was the best show I've ever been to due to the variety which you'll see!
There was alot of people and there was alot of heat and humidity, so I wasn't able to get the types of cars that were there, the older Italian exotics threw me for a loop to say the least and there as some UNBELIEVABLE cars to show you, so please enjoy the pics:
I was lucky enough to park on the main street of Geneva and parked between this and a S2K, lucky me!
Look at those hips!
Two great FoMoCo products right next to each other, Continental Mk II and the classic 57' T-bird!
Near the actual show, this caught my eye for sure, Citreon!!
Yeah like mid-years weren't going to be at a show like this, LOL! This is a 65' w/ the rarest color combo for the year, black w/silver interior!
Its BRG, proper!
Now I'm not cultured enough to appreciate the classics from the 20's and 30's but this car stopped me dead in my tracks and had me talking to myself! 1932 Auburn Speedster, pics do this car NO justice, trust me!
Maserati race car, I would've loved to have heard this fire up, why, BECAUSE RACECAR!
Not sure what model Ferrari this is but it looks very cool!
Alfa...!
Ferrari again...!!
Looks stunning in black (better in BRG though!)
NINETEEN SIXTY FIVE THREE FIFTY SIX GEE TEE BEE!
....Did you catch your breathe after the above car, ok, we'll continue, another Alfa!
Someone help me out there, I have NO idea what this is but because I've never seen one and it really stood out, I snapped a pic!
1969 Pantera DeTomaso...concept car maybe???
Ok, I have more pics but I wanna stop here and start another post, so please, don't post anything till I'm done, thank you! Wait till you guys/gals see what's coming up next to start the post, think rallye ICON!
