What is your "GO TO" interior protectant

For express work, mega QID or innerclean. Cheap, clean well and minimal shine.

For normal work, PERL 3:1. I've also found it splotchy in some cases but evens out. Cheap, long lasting and nice finish

For higher end, PBL leather and vinyl coating. Very durable and easy to use.

I like CG G6 Hyper Coat. Seems to cut down on dust and gives a very deep shine to my interior jobs.

So...Are you're saying the consequence, that
you've experienced when applying Mothers
Protectant, is having interior surfaces covered
in a long-lasting, thick, and sticky substance?

Regardless...
I'm glad to report that has never been the case,
whenever I've used Mothers Protectant.

Whatever you do consequently outside of what Mothers Protectant is designed to do is your prerogative.

I really don't think you need to remind ANYONE, of what options they have in LIFE.

Anycase, there is alot of other choices out there that work just the same.

In my car I use and love the Sonax stuff. Little to no shine and smells great. However, I don't like it in the wife's car (2016 Honda pilot) For some reason it streaks really bad and the towel is really grabby for some reason, so I've just been passing a damp MF over everything until I find something that works better in her car.

Duragloss Vinyl and Leather Protectant.
Trying Opti Leather next

I've been wringing out a towel in 114 and wiping everything down. It's super fast and easy

Can someone tell me what Megs QID??

Meguiar's Quik Interior Detailer. It is a light cleaner with a neutral scent (to me) with supposedly some UV protection properties. It is a good product for quick wipe downs with no residual smell.

AG's write up.

Meguiar’s Quik Interior Detailer is perfect for last minute touch-ups. Say your coworkers elect you to drive everyone to lunch, or you need to pick up a client on short notice. Use Quik Interior Detailer to spruce up your vehicle in just minutes so your passengers don’t get left in the dust, literally. This cleaner wipes dust, dirt, smudges, and fingerprints off of all interior plastics, metal, rubber, leather, vinyl, and your stereo without leaving a greasy film. Just spray and wipe to clean and maintain all these surfaces. Of course, good looks can’t make up for bad odors, so Quik Interior Detailer also leaves your vehicle smelling fresh.

Quik Interior Detailer doesn’t leave any type of residue on your interior surfaces, so you can use it on your leather or vinyl seats without leaving a greasy mark on your next passenger. It revitalizes the color and texture of your interior so it looks like you clean it regularly, even if you don’t. The high lubricity formula is safe to use on clear plastic panels on your dash without scratching them.

303, UIGP, Meguiar's 39, PERL 3:1, sometimes the product's behaviors change a bit depending on the car's conditions and previous products used in it.
But I always start with Sonax Plastic Cleaner, and in a lot of cases it is the only product I use it.
