I'm a bit of a spray-wax fan and have a few that I like - AquaWax, Pinnacle Souveran, Optimum Spray Wax, Mothers Reflections. I been feeling the need lately (since the wife bought a new car) to donate some $$ to AutoGeek - what's something new/different that I should try?

Thanks!

^^^ Yup.

Sonax BSD and Blackfire spray wax are excellent choices. Wolfgang Fuzion spray wax recently made an appearance, and it looks to be another nice product. And if BSD is too grabby, mix it 1:1 with V7 and enjoy the benefits of easy application and crazy beading.

Prima Hydro Max & Prima Wax As You Dry are two other good ones. Many, many excellent choices out there.

The new Ultima Acrylic Spray Wax looks like a good one. I'm going to give it a try myself.

+1. Very slick stuff. I could literally peel off a big bird bomb off the paint with my (gloved) fingers.

These contain some carnauba wax:

•Wolfgang Fuzion Spray Wax
•Flitz Waxx Speed Wax
•303 Marine Quick Wax
•Meguiars Gold Class Carnauba Plus+ Quik Wax

•I've also used Collinite #845 in a
4oz. "spritzing bottle"; and you
probably know of the high praise it
always gets for its characteristics.
Note:
It becomes one of my favorite "spray"
Waxes when dispensed in this manner!

Thanks everyone - I've currently got the new Ultima wax and the Blackfire Midnight Sun in my cart (20% off with the current discount) - that might do it.

I've got some collinite 845 in my cabinet - may try to put some in a spray bottle and try it as a spritz too!

Sonax BSD or megs D156 get my vote.

But you already made up your mind :P

Bob, do you mix the 845 with anything? If so, what ratio?

No...I do not mix it with anything.

I'll either place the Collinite #845
bottle into a bucket of hot water,
or out in direct Sunlight, until the
product warms-up; and then shake
it until it reaches this consistency:

Afterwards:
It'll then transfer quite easily
into a spritzer/spray bottle.

Do you spray 845 onto an applicator pad or the paint surface?

+1 on that one! IMO this is really a great spray wax. I would get the Blackfire Midnight Sun Spray Wax!
