This is my first post and want some advice...Will someone recommend a good easy spray liquid wax. that is quick, and will create a great wet shine. I have been using a liquid wax that you spread...it takes me about 2 hours to wax my car, rubbing etc...I am looking for the easy way...that will not take but about 30-45minutes total...don't want to spend 2 hours..

Pinnicle Souveran Spray. Duragloss AquaWax is great (more of a sealant).

For a true wax, go with the spray version of Pinnacle Souveran. Another option that seems popular on here is Aquawax.

2 hours to wax a car? What type of wax have you been using. Many of the boutique products available at AG go on and off SO EASY you'll be amazed, whether they're liquid, spray, or paste.

spray wax

I use an all in one product and then I use the wax...I am wore out when I get through rubbing and polishing. .My wife says I do more rubbing on your car than you do me...

That's raw!:D Anyways, a good spray wax is Optimum Car wax! Really easy to use. Very idiot proof. If I can use it, anybody can!

Exactly! My truck is easy to turn on... doesn't mind if I look at other guys' trucks... doesn't think it needs new tires (shoes) every time I drive it to the mall... my truck doesn't have a mother telling it that it could have done so much better... it never complains that I'm to fast... :D

I think you should get a porter cable or UDM so you won't have to hand polish :).

Souveran Spray Wax
Surf City Spray Wax
Duragloss Aquawax

The other folks have given you some great options. I'll give you another...

Mothers new Reflections Spray Wax (Synthetic). It is excellent stuff, and it can be found locally, or ordered online.

One BIG NOTE... Read the back of the bottle, as Mothers has just changed the formula. Until just recently, the RSW was a spray on, spread, let haze, and wipe off. The latest formula is a spray on, spread, and wipe off immediately... just like a QD.

It took me about 15 minutes to do a Toyota 4Runner with the new RSW. :D

That's nice, but how long will it last, probably till the next wash!

Well, it was just another option... and as good as yours. :D

I doubt that anyone can tell how long a spray wax really lasts.

I didn't know that I gave another option! You mean if you used a pure polish with a spray wax over it, you wouldn't know how long it lasted?

Exactly!

sidaust was looking for an easy to apply and remove Spray Wax... I offered a suggestion... I didn't try and ridicule someone else's suggestion.
You claimed that RSW was "excellent stuff" I didn't think it could compare to Liquid Souveran or Dura Gloss Aqua Wax. If you still think RSW is up to par or better than Souveran or Dura Gloss you're entitled to your opinion.

I like Optimum Car Wax personally. It is very easy to use ... spray on, wipe off with a MF towel. I found it to last longer than AW ie beading and slickness fell off quicker with AW than OCW. A new version is going to be coming out ... I can't wait to try it! FWIW I can wax with OCW in under 10 minutes :)
