Well a few of have been wondering why I have not been on so much lately. I have been working on my dirty nasty garage a little each night and on the weekends. Here is my progress so far.
I struggle with Mr. keeping the garage clean. I finally could not take it any more so I did the best I could.
I should have taken some before pics, but here is a sample of what I was up against.

So I chip away at it a little each night. Trying my best to figure out what to do with everything.

OK this corner is as clean as it is going to get.

So I started lining everything up against the wall so I could walk on his side. I counted 31 fishing poles that where everywhere (all with reels) and 7 coolers. I wonder what he has wrapped up in that equiptment? :DI can't wait for the next time he says something about my next AG purchase. :D

75% of the stuff on this shelf was laying on this floor. I wonder if that shelf will hold it all. :D

Here is a few of those coolers and all the other junk.

Finally, here is my corner. The only thing I had to clean over here was the floor. My products are inside staying nice and warm. :D

Well it is a good start until spring when I can pressure wash the floors and repaint.

I should be so lucky to have a garage looking like that. Good job on the clean up. Yes, I think the shelf will hold all of that stuff. But most likely....NOT for Long:D

Good job. You have a cool corner and it looks like enough room for your stuff this spring.

31 FISHING POLES ?!?!?!?! Thats funny! I love fishing but 31 poles is crazy! You did a great job on the garage. Really looks good.

Good job there, Tonya

I can't believe you did all that! Sounds like the Mr. needs a boot in the tailfeathers. You clean the boat? You clean the garage? I'm both amazed and baffled.

:iagree:I need a wife like you and we could have a garage full of detailing products.

Tonya, I need you to come down to Florida and help me with my garages.

Gary, we could split the price of a round trip ticket for her-----better yet, a ONE way ticket:righton:.

Looks great girl......wish mine looked like that!

Thanks cwcad. I am going to keep my fingers crossed this time. It has been at least 3 or 4 years since I took everything out and painted. I just need to stay on top of it from now on. :D

Yep... I can't wait to bring it all back out and get busy. Now remember you will have to be ready for all my silly PC questions.

Thanks! Appreantly you need poles for every type of fish you want to catch. hehehhe :D Ohio fishing laws state you can only have 2 poles in the water per person. Whatever! Now I am ready for any comment he makes about my next AG box. :D

heheheh OK RTexas, if you are ever in Ohio I will introduce you and you can give him a swift kick. I am not going to do it... he is a foot taller than me. :D heheheh

Thanks Rsurfer but we might fight over who gets to detail the cars.

Tonya, I need you to come down to Florida and help me with my garages.
Gary I am afraid the only way that would work is if you hide your keys and hide them well! You couldn't even trust me to move the cars to clean the garage. I have a lead foot and a love for fast cars. I know my limits and I could not be trusted around your cars. :D

Looks great Tonya!
I joined a Garage forum recently and there are some great ideas there.

Looks Good! You have enough room to Detail Cars! I plan to clean mine up this summer and paint the floor too!

Hey your before shots look much better than my after shots . what paint do yo have on the floor ? I want to paint my floors and am having too much truoble making my mind up which coating to go with . . Back to thread , very nice job , but a man can never have enough fishing tackle . Banc in the day when I was bass tournament fishing I always took 8 rod and reels and 2 tackle boxes as big as medium suit cases ,

Looking good...You need more detailing stuff! LOL!!! Put a little heater out there. To keep them nice and warm...Where did you get your shelfs from. I like them....

Nice clean look in your garage. That must have been a bear to go through all of that stuff. I know you busted your butt cleaning it but it sure paid off!

Good job .That reminds me of the similar task I have ahead of me. i also have to replace the door with a steel unit since its wood and its failing. Maybe I could hire to assit with mine . LOL !!!

Thanks for the motivation to clean up my garage when the weather thaws out! Kind of hard to spend a weekend cleaning when it's in the low 10's and 20's! Only thing missing is the strip of tape or paint to mark off his side of the garage and yours lol Considering you did the cleaning you should get the larger area!
