We've got some pretty cool neighbors on the other side of our building. Cool neighbors are a good thing, especially when they do laps around the building in a fully built Ferrari F430, and they're sponsored by Patron. I swear, it seems like every time I look outside, there's some new trailer or race car that I haven't seen before.

A little info on the company....

Sports car racing team to add about 30 jobs in Martin County
Lured by its proximity to racetracks, a sports car racing team has opened up shop in Martin County.
Extreme Speed Motorsports, owned by veteran race car driver Scott Sharp, will run his team out of a building on Jack James Drive near Stuart.
The team will race a Ferrari 430 GTC in the American Le Mans Series. Racing sports cars in the United States and Canada, Le Mans drivers conduct endurance and sprint events that last from 100 minutes to 12 hours.
The series opens its 12th season in mid-March at the Sebring International Raceway.
Sharp plans to hire about 31 employees and to spend about $300,000 on building renovations, according to the Business Development Board of Martin County. He has hired about 20 people so far, said Crystal France, a board spokeswoman.
The employees will help support the racing team. Sharp's first driver is Ed Brown. Extreme Speed Motorsports already has been to the Sebring racetrack to practice a couple of times, according to the development board.
Business officials helped the company find a location for the team and navigate the county's permitting process.
Under the county's new fast-track rules, which are intended to ease the often-laborious county review, Extreme Speed Motorsports was able to get a permit in just three days, France said.
Faster permitting is offered to companies with economic development projects that will create jobs, pay high wages and help diversify the economy, she said.
The team, which is sponsored by Las Vegas-based The Patrón Spirits Company, is a new venture for Sharp, who has been a race car driver for most of his professional career.
