I keep thinking one year Bobby is going to take me to Cleveland to visit the
original house where this movie was filmed.... he hasn't given me my gift yet so maybe this year!!! Hint.. hint..

I watch the 24 hr marathon of A Christmas Story too, but my absolute favorite is the old school Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (claymation?)

Oh boy...of course there's A Christmas Story as you mentioned...but then there's Rudolf, the Grinch (original cartoon version) and of course National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation...

EDIT: Oh, I forgot Year Without a Santa Claus!

Home Alone 1 and 2 are probably my favorites.

Actually I have two:

"All Mine to Give" and "It's A Wonderful Life"...
....your favorite is also excellent.

:)

How could I forget about those two?

I guess there are just too many classics!

A Christmas Story is by far the best Christmas movie ever made IMO. I have to watch this movie every year over and over again.

The Year Without Santa Claus. Love the Miser brothers. Watch it every year.

The Santa Clause 1, 2, and 3, Jingle All the Way, and Ernest Saves Christmas are among my favorites as well.

For me it is Christmas Vacation
Classic Chevy Chase!

A christmas story is good, but the oldschool Rudolph was solid. Claymation n such. I have a VHS with the rudolph movie, a night before christmas (cartoon with the talking mice), frosty, and a few others. I still watch the VHS every year though!

My wife has watch Home Alone 2 like 4 times since Thanksgiving..... Ugghhh

The Muppet Christmas Carol is a classic! I also like It's a Wonderful Life.

All of the above are excellent. :props:

If you lean towards the more serious fare then Scrooge with George C. Scott would top my list.

Scrooged with Bill Murray.
A Christmas Carol with Patrick Stewart (sticks to the original story about the best of any)
Disney's Prep and Landing is great (in a sea of new animated ones that suck)

Byfar, without question, undeniably, my favorite Christmas show is a short video:
