What's a good one step AIO Polish?

I just got done polishing my black Camaro. I ended up using Menzerna P083, followed by Menzerna 106ff on a PC7424xp. Results were amazing for a first time polisher like me. But now, I've had all kinds of offers to do friend's and neighbors cars, most being their DDs. I figure I might as well make some cash to pay for my new detailing habit!

I'm not going to spend 13 hours like I did on my car...what can be suggested for me to use as a good one step polish and pad combination? I don't need to get out every scratch and swirl, but I just need something to "wow" them...

I like Megs UC because it's cheap and readily available. Also works really well at taking out defects (which is probably the important part :laughing:). I either use an orange foam pad or mf cutting pad.

He wanted a AIO. When I pick up my AIO for the same thing you want one for it will be D151. It's a tad more abrasive than M205 but it cleans and protects.
 
Duragloss 501 is good. You could try something like Optimum GPS on a MF polishing pad, or the Meg's D301 on their MF pad.
 
XMT 360. Great for a quick turn around. It's also been on BOGO.
Oh, smells pretty too!

I like D151 also.
I find xmt360 absolutely useless. I could have used that money to burn in my fireplace last winter. I felt like I was robbed by buying a hyped up product... I still have a couple of bottles I use to chalk the tires of my RV. If i had a few more, i would tape them together to use as a weight for my ez-up tent. If anyone really wants them, just holler. It might take a while to send it since I'm busy using a real AIO.

In case anyone couldn't tell, I'm not a fan of 360. :laughing::laughing:
 
Just did my both my hummers in XMT 360 with a CCS white pad although they did not turn out 100% they look dam good. And polished up quick in comparison to a a cutting compound then a polish.:detailer:

If you are serious I have been wanting to try some out with my new LC HT pads.

I used XMT 360 for the first time this past weekend on a 6 year old daily driver which is kept outside 24x7. I was surprised at how well it worked. It left a smooth glossy finish and was very easy to use. Were all the defects removed - no, but that was not my goal. The goal was to produce a good finish in minimal time. From that perspective, XMT 360 delivered.

Used XMT360 this weekend and wasn't all that impressed. About the only thing it did was to take the light oxidation off the black 4 Runner I was working on. It didn't do much with the swirls at all. I was better off going with something like M205 and a LSP right afterwords. It would have taken longer, but I would have gotten much better results.

Bah! Just read "one-step" and "polish."

D151 is my go-to AIO.
 
I'm going to throw another one out there if the paint is already in pretty good shape - CG Blacklight. I used it just yesterday with a finishing pad and it was a breeze. It removed some water spots and light swirls. Did a final wipe-down with CG V7 and it looks amazing. I used Optimum Hyper-Polish for spot correction on the tougher stuff. Optimum GPS sounds intriguing also.
