If you could only use one brand...

for a long time the only thing that was on my shelves were from McGuire's now that I am finding out more about optimum
the more and more I like there products. So this would have to be the line that I would use.

There is no other brand that has a product or tool that covers as many aspects of complete detailing as Meguiars.

Optimum Polymer Tecnologies' line-up is my go to brand for chemical products.

I'd go for Meguiar's - all you other guys can go polish your cars by hand :D

Even though their products are expensive I would go with Wolfgang because of their ease of use and their end results........:xyxthumbs: Going to have to check out this Optimum stuff.

It's hard to argue against the Meguiar's line, due to its vastness. If DG had some good compounds, I'd be tempted to go for them.

I would also go with Optimum. I do use Meguiars but only for polishes and Glass Cleaner. Now if Optimum would buy 303, CarPro, Chemical Guys, Collinite, Duragloss, Menzerna, P21S, Poor Boys, Ultima, and Wolfgang it would make the choice even easier.

I love Optimum, but Chemical Guys really has an awesome lineup as well (if you are able to sift through their marketing BS on their website). I'd probably go Chemical Guys because I live near their factory store, and if I could only use one line, I'm imagining it would have to be a zombie apocalypse and standard mail services wouldn't work...

+1---chemical guys...they have an extensive lineup....literally everything you could need.

Optimum Polymer Technologies. Their polish to perfect the finish, opti coat and forget about it. Then I could concentrate on food, water and ammunition. We are talking about the end of days, right?

My pick would be Optimum, if you haven't tried the spray polish you need too, my second choice would be Chemical guys for sheer mass product line.

For everyone that picked a brand other than Meg's I have a question for you....

What are you going to use to polish your car with?!?!?! Meg's is the one of the only companies with a polisher as well as all of the chemicals... :buffing:

The question is bogus. The only answer can be mequiars if you are including hardware as well as chemicals. Then griots.

Chemical Guys
3M
3D
Dodo Juice

Chemical Guys

Dodo Juice

Hmm.. You have a good option here.

Chemical Guys - They sell other peoples polishes as such. So for chemicals yes they are an option.

3M - This is the best option in your list. (And they own Meg's)

3D - A good line but missing some items like wet sanding and such

Dodo Juice - Missing polishes, Compounds.....

3M

3M owns Meguiar's and both offer machines. As far as I know these are the only two companies that cover everything including tape and paper....:props:

Hummm...What company has;

•produced quality products for over a hundred years,
•offers a no-nonsense guarantee,
•has the broadest line of products in the industry,
•supports numerous auto events,
•offers toll-free access to well trained customer support staff and
•are totally "car crazy"?

Easy choice, there is only one.
