I ready to get a new wash mitt, I'm using a sheepskin right now. I'm asking if everyone can chime in, and tell me what type you use. (informal poll)

thanks

I Love my Adams Ultimate Merino Wool Wash Mitt. Its just like the Wookie Fist, except a little cheaper. I got mine on sale for $26 and it came with two free 12"x12" wool wash pads.

MF chanille is my go to for fast great detailing.

I use 2-3 MF chenille mitts per wash. I have about 6 of them and they go in the washing machine after each use. Then I also have a Boars hair brush for trucks but only from the windows up. And last I have a natural sea sponge for extra delicate washes on vehicles that have gone through an extensive detail. For the chenilles, I keep a few extra and regularly compare their softness to the ones in use so I can tell when one needs to be retired to other duties like wheels and fender wells.

Excessive? Maybe a bit but it helps to keep vehicles swirl free and helps extend the life of the LSP

Eventually, I will likely have 3 sea sponges in rotation.

Microfiber chenille mitts! I also like The Bone. Very soft and effective.

Sea sponge is the most delicate?

Most definitely. Just because it has the word "sponge" in it doesn't mean it compares to an actual sponge. In my experience it holds the most amount of soap solution to provide adequate lubrication. It's also amazingly soft and gentle.

I like the Lake Country Ulti-Mitt foam mitt or the CarPro Murano

good ol'e grout sponge and/or sheepskin mitt...

Chenille is all I use you can not go wrong with these

I have 6 MF Chenille mitts. But I really, really want to get a Wookies Fist.

And they are finally back in stock!!!

I just fold my old dirty 25 year old mitt in half and cram it into the jams. It washes tires, engines, and the floor.:xyxthumbs:

Proline grout sponge and my new favorite, Optimum opti-mit.

Don't wool pads shed? I have about 15 wool pads that I bought on bogo last year some time and they shed. I have a ton just sitting there.

My wash mitt owns all. Just got it and eff is it amazing. Compared it to the carpro wash mitt and you can see the difference in the quality just by the color of the wool. Thanks for the recommendation Troy

They do shed but you need to maintain them. They aren't a use then dry mitt you actually need to wash it by hand when it dries you comb it with a pet comb. Definitely worth the extra time and effort
