Worst Holograms Ever?

So here's how the car looked when Tommy arrived with it at Autogeek... looks pretty good huh?

Swirl City - Every square inch of paint was filled with holograms from a rotary buffer
Now I move around to the other side of the car and wait for the sun to poke its head out from the clouds and here's what it really looks like...

Here's what it looks like after we used rotary buffers to remove the swirls and scratches and then machine polished using DA Polishers and then machine applied Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax.

I have some video footage to upload and add to this thread too...

We had 3-4 new guys from the Gold Coast Corvette Club Car Show join us last night and I put them to work plus Paul and Chris from my last Boot Camp Class and then a few of our regulars like Rene, (who has been MIA since having his new baby, congratulations and good to see you back, Tim and of course Tommy.

Ray from work here helped out too and took a lot of pictures of the machine polishing process and I'll try to add them too...

Just want to say thanks to everyone that helped out and thank you to Tommy for trusting Autogeek with his 440 Cuda!

Hi Tim,

Thanks for all your hard work last night helping out with all the machine buffing. I've created a sign-up thread for your 57 Chevy and it will probably be sometime in November after we get back from SEMA

Pictures don't do this justice! That Cuda looked MEAN when it was finished.

I had A '70 in 1975, gold in color, but it never looked that nice. Great job, guys !

Tommy and Mike, I really enjoyed get to work on the Cuda last night. It is one sweet ride. In person this car looks better then any picture here, not knocking your photography skills Mike or Ray. Just that in person the depth of the paint and the wet look is very hard to capture on film. Looking forward to Tim's 57!

I try not to use the word awesome because I think the word is overused. However, when I look at that car, the only word that comes to mind is awesome. Awesome, awesome, awesome. If that car looks that good in pictures, I can only imagine how it looks in person. WOW.

Nice job!!!
