Mike and a group of local Auto Geeks polish an SIV (special interest vehicle) using a different line of products for each makeover. Everything from Pinnacle Natural Brilliance, Chemical Guys and everything in between has been featured.

The latest line to be featured was Meguiar's, with the focus being on the new M101 Foam Cut Compound.

It is always hard to pick one as everything turns out so beautiful on the make-overs, but the color of this paint just glowed a beautiful red and really showcased the products being used. This is one I always remember as the end result was such a brilliant example of the hard work put into the project :xyxthumbs:

For future make-overs it would be nice to see a showcase done with Optimum products. Complete with ONR from the start to compounds/polishes and finishing with Opti-Coat and glass/plastic coatings if available.

I loved seeing an f-body being transformed, as I'm a fan of them. Loved seeing the paint returned to better than new status, but also loved seeing the graphics being replaced as well, awesome job!

In the future, I'd like to see wolfgang products at work, total swirl remover and finishing glaze, all finished out with WGDGPS or WGDGLS would be nice:)

There are a few reasons this is my favorite makeover for a couple reasons. I love the color of the car. I think this episode shows better than a lot at just how easy it is to teach the technique of using a DA. It shows Mike giving the young lady a crash course. After seeing this episode one of the neighbor kids made the mistake of asking me if I needed any help.
I would like to see the Optimum Hyper Compound and Hyper Polish featured...followed by opti-coat. It would be nice to see how the finish compares to the EXO.

The best part of this makeover was taking an already beautiful, undeniably unique vehicle, and making it look its absolute best using steps anyone could complete (QD-->Clay-->Swirl Remover-->Finishing Polish-->Wax)!

It would be fun to see a makeover utilizing the new Pinnacle Products (Waterless/Rinseless Wash, Glass Care, APC).

How to share an article using a blue clickable link

Most any article or write-up I create I also make the title of the article a "Blue Clickable Link" and you can take your mouse and highlight the link and then simply copy and paste it into any other thread you're typing in.

That's the reason I give all my articles and write-ups a pre-coded, blue clickable link, to make it easier to share the link to the thread.

You can share pictures already inserted into a thread the same way, that is use your mouse to highlight any picture you want to share and the copy and paste it into any thread your typing in...

I love black cars when they are polished to perfection. Nothing looks as amazing as a perfectly polished black car. This job really came out great. The paint looks like it's dripping.

I also love those stingray style corvettes. It looks like the batmobile. Just awesome.

The girls also look like they are having a blast with it. That always helps!

I would like to see you guys review some new or lesser known products that we don't talk about alot. If people have an opinion that a certain product isn't all that great, maybe you could do a test with it and either confirm or refute those assumptions?

2. I love how well documented this particular detail is! It literally walks you through it step by step but it's not daunting to read. There's a fine line between well documented and "Omg I can't read this!" I also like the Porsche 964 :)

3. I would like to see a makeover with 1Z products start to finish. I find the line to be exceptional and I would like to see how their polishes do!

2) Why do I like a '69 Camaro being worked on? Gee, may it have to do with my username :D :xyxthumbs:

The 69 is my favorite Camaro after the 5th gen and seeing one that was swirled to death being brought back to life is amazing!

3) I would love to see an Optimum makeover, with Optimum Hyper Compound and Polish and OC 2.0. I know Mike posted one link, but another Optimum makeover doesn't hurt :props:

This is my favorate car of all. Would like to see a compound comparsion on an older car and side by side.

This because real Cobras are the hottest car ever.

I'd like to see an "all wheel, all tire" makeover. Showcase the Tuf Shine cleaner and coating
on the tires. Show some wheel coating options like Coll 845 and OptiCoat 2.0. Maybe do
OC by pad on the wheel barrels and have some intricate wheels and do the faces with a mini
spray gun technique.
