I've seen to many ppl get the flu after having the flu shot, so I'm not sure either

I was on the fence about it too, so I talked to my long time friend that happens to be a pharmacist. His response, "it's better than getting the flu." Fortunately for me, I work in a clinic at work, so the shot was free.

Of course, the first line of defense is always diet, exercise, and keeping clean hands.

Same here.....until I got the flu in '07. Out of commission for ten days. Hadn' t missed work due to illness (injury yes) in 28 yrs. Get one every yr. since.
