New bogos this week or next?

When I go to check out, the shipping charge applies itself. Should I leave a comment to waive the shipping charge or is this how it works? Please let me know.

Hey Meghan, I know it says 1 per household but am I going to be blocked and banned if I buy 10 (for my family and friends)
 
I just noticed that during checkout it didn't ask for a recipients email address. Will the GC just be sent to the email address we entered for email notification then?
 
How does one use a gift code, then use the AGO code to get the free shipping over $95....i plan on buying the vip!
 
I'm in on this VIP I used the free shipping over $50 coupon and added a free gift of Blackfire APC!!

You can stack the AD discount code and the GC done. You put it in the exact same box during the checkout.
