Cool name. Glad you like the forum, I think it's likely the most information dense resources on the Internet and much friendlier than most forums and for sure much nicer than any FB group.

I'll be sending this form out tomorrow. I have to collect names from

  1. My e-mail
  2. Facebook
  3. This thread


And then I send the form out once to everyone using the BCC or Blind Carbon Copy feature in Microsoft Outlook to protect everyone's email privacy.
