Yes, there will be a bbq. Make sure you guys look up that link that Christopher emailed you previously, for the Google Doc spreadsheet. That way you can post there what products you plan on bringing as well as food. I would suggest bringing a box or two of stuff. You might have an opportunity to trade some of your stuff.

Also, we need drinks. Looks like we have a variety of food, but no drinks.

look on the sheet for requests or what others are bringing. Or for any of the meet info really

That way we can all know in a centralized place to look...

it beats having to navigate page after page of threads :dblthumb2:
 
I am going to bring a case of powerade if that is alright, not sure if everyone drinks that. Good for thirst.

I'd also like to add we should each bring our own extension cable if we are bringing a machine, pretty sure the host house will not have enough extension cables for everyone.

I have 21 and 5" backing plate, Rupes pads and polishes, BnS pads, thin purple wool foam, Dodo fin pads, LC cool wave pads.

Art, can you bring the items you used on your interior detail you did today? Might need it for working on the interior of the project car.

Ok this applies to EVERYONE

Im gettin a bunch of random emails... about a lot of things

please LOOK at the spreadsheet! MOST ALL OF THE INFO IS THERE and CENTRALIZED

YOU MUST BRING A FOOD ITEM FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY if you want to have food...

its not fair if one person buys chicken for all and spends $25 and someone else only brings 3 two liters of coke and eats all the different foods...

This way we have literally a feast and MANY food varieties...

IF someone brings water or another drink alone they much also bring paper plates, plastic silverware, napkins and cups..... I will coordinate that person so we dont have multiples doing it

Its ok to bring a drink WITH FOOD.. such as blob listed :dblthumb2:

We need a final count for food by THURSDAY at the latest!

IF you have not filled out the slot for your name i will assume you are not coming. WE NEED a count to determine things...

So fill it out ASAP... there are some ppl there over 2 weeks with nothing filled out.... they will be assumed NOT GOING by 8/15 if blank
 
ALso a few people wrote they want to opticoat their wheels.

Opticoating a wheel requires a PERFECTLY cleaned surface... otherwise anything not cleaned off is trapped under the Opticoat.

I HIGHLY recommend talkin off the wheels to do so. In fact id never opticoat a wheel without removal.

However i dont think we have the means to jack up a bunch of cars. Its a home, so we want to be as minimally invasive as we can to the home and neighborhood since we are guests. :xyxthumbs:

SO if you want to opticoat the wheel WITHOUT the barrel, i suggest you make the rim squeaky clean BEFORE COMING then doing a quick topical cleaning at the meet.

Youll be MUCH happier with the end result if you do, i can promise you :props:

AC i dont doubt this will be MORE than covered. lol my regular carry tray almost does it alone and im sure that well have product comin out our ears LOL
