After reading into it more, I guess it only lasts so long. The paint can't "repair itself" forever, nor will it repair itself more than once in the same spot. Those who have worked with it, does that sound accurate? I was also thinking if there is a way to strip it off and have normal paint...

well, it was my first time but i can say i am very happy with the results. paint was in decent shape, but now i find myself staring back at it when i walk away from it lol. used pc 7424 and spent ~11 hours total. used poorboys products wash dry clay ssr 2.5 w/ orange ssr 1 w/ white black...

i got mine from lowes for $10. its a 500w one... will be upgrading sometime but im gonna see how this one goes. edit: i will be working in a shop under florescent lights, so thats why i figured the 500w would be good enough
