My wife's car must have had bird poop or something on it that eroded the clear. it's about the size of a quarter but keeps spreading. is there a way to stop the spreading and fix this? can it be wet sanded and cleared again?

I did not have to wetsand these. I also did my '03 Dodge Ram which was severely oxidized and I did have to use the sandpaper. My Ram didnt come out as good. I'm going to give it a second round and see how it does

I just did a headlight restoration using Mothers PowerBall 4 Lights kit. I give it a B+. Easy to use and results were pretty good. The below pics are from an 07 Toyota Corolla who's lights were moderately oxidized. before and after

you can use the DA on the flat surface of the scoop but the sharp edges should be done by hand

maybe try wetsanding with 2,000 grit?

tape the edges. use DA polisher around that area but do the sharp edges by hand
