So is drying in the dryer good or bad? Im asking because my wife recently put my MFs in the electric dryer on "normal" heat setting. These were mostly cheaper ones from Auto ZOne. Is it true that the fibers melt? If so, will they scratch my paint now? Should I trash them or are they safe??

I just bought a 2008 Super Duty. It was built in Jan 08. The truck is oxford white with gold 2 tone. Would it be better to use wax or sealant for the first detail? White doesnt really "shine" like dark colors do so Im thinking sealant. Also should I layer sealant if thats the way I go...
