Hey guys! I apologize for the confusion. It's the same post. I didn't know how to delete the first post. I took a better picture of the white ring. So it looks like this is damage from BMW? :(

It make sense now because that is the shape of my elbow!! Is there anyway BMW can do anything about it? Like touch up? I literally bought the car new last year :(

Has anyone seen this? I tried water and P&S interior with a brush and it made do no difference. If I look closely, it looks the plastic is scrape off, therefore giving that white stuff. I hope that is not the case. Would appreciate any advice to remove this annoying spot. Thanks!

Hello: Does anyone know how to remove this white smudge? I tried water and P&S Xpress Interior cleaner and no go :( I think it made it worse by using a microfiber towel. It's like the white particles are ingrain into the plastic. Thanks!
