I used C5 earlier this year. Very happy so far. Spend the time to prep (chemical decon and clay) and the application is very fast.

Cleaned and coated my wife's summer wheels for her Forester XT. Cleaned with McKee's Tire and Rubber Rejuvenate which worked really well. Coated 3 times with McKee's Tire Coating. Should get them installed Wednesday night and can then monitor longevity.
Appearance is pretty good, definitely...
Nick, how long will this offer stand? I haven't had a chance to try mine yet. Still waiting for spring to actually show up.

This was good info. Thanks Mike. You convinced to give wheel coatings a try. Fortunately amazon.ca carried the C5 Wheel Armour. I'll be sure to post when I get the wheels coated; I'll also be coating the tires using McKee's 37 tire coating.

Great thought. That caught me by surprise when I was first starting. Ruined an orange cutting pad not knowing any better.

As previously mentioned, I don't believe the clear coat is 2 millimeters thick.
Background music loop is slightly distracting but I was listening through headphones.
Great compilation of tips and techniques. Love the pace and flow.
