I'm pretty sure it would need to be sanded down to get the debris at the same level as the rest of the clearcoat. It is really only on the rear quarter panel that has visible junk in the paint. I am about 2hrs from Greensboro.

Thanks guys. Anyone recommend someone to wetsand and polish a car? I recently purchased a car and there is some debris in the clear coat that I would like sanded down and cleaned up.
