Sorry I forgot my steps:
1) Wash
2) Clay
3) Wash
4) Megs Ultimate Compound
5) Megs Polish
6) BlackFire Cleaner
7) BlackFire Coating
The coating was a beast to work with. I could never get a consistent amount to come out of the bottle on the applicator. It would either drip, squirt, or run out...
Tried my rookie hands with BlackFire Coating. It was a pain to work with but the end result was nice. Tested it on everything and ended up using it on the entire car (glass and trim). Really gave the trim some depth and clarity. Also worked wonders on the carbon roof and spoiler.
Tato, Thanks for your input. I figured someone had to have tested it at least once. I will be testing it out myself!
Smokinss, How long would you say an application usually lasts on those spots given the heat and brake dust?
I appreciate everyone's experiences!
--- Has anyone tried Blackfire Coating on Trim, Chrome, Plastic, Glass, or anything else besides a clear coated surface?
--- What were the results with it?
--- If you got some on there by accident during application process, how did you remove it from those pieces?
Thanks!
