Just got a 2007 Nissan Murano theirs like a film and a long mark i cant get off.. I've tried using a razor blade and even tried to clay it. And its still on there and it gets in the way of line of vision. Anyone Have any suggestions on how to remove this? I would post a picture on here but...

I was wondering how to remove black marking on paint. Someone rear end me. And there insurance is claiming that they cant get a hold if the guy that hit me. And im tired of seeing this on my rear bumper its a 2002 Honda accord lx.
