I use Chemical Guys signature wheel cleaner (buy it by the gallon to save) I use 3:1 for dirty wheels or 4:1 for maintenance. and for the tires I use Chemical Guys V.R.P

muscle it up nancy. jk maybe try to use a plumbing wrench and a table clamp or manuever two wrenches together going in opposite directions. My pressure washing quick connectors needed to be replaced about every 3-4 months and those were almost impossible to get off.
