    Meguiars new 2.0

    The liquid version is pretty good. I'm afraid of getting dirt in the product from dipping the applicator, so I switched to liquid waxes only.

    Autopia Traffic!!! Wow!!!

    Absolutely...lots of holier than thou attitudes that aren't present here. I'm just getting started, have no "professional" ambitions, just wanna get the most out of what I do to my own cars. This site is extremely helpful for that and less intimidating than the folks that simply tell you to...

    Paint Cleaner question

    My process varies from yours: Wash|Clay|Paint Cleaner|Polish|LSP In my opinion, if you polish, then clean paint, you're removing some of the benefit of the polish. I could be wrong though...I'm an amateur.

    using meg's 7

    #7 is a pure polish that is extremely oil based. It really smells horrible. But as it is a PP, it will "skin" even after you initially remove it. Therefore, it's best to apply, remove, and let it sit so that the polish will "skin," then follow up with a 2nd buff before applying the LSP to...

    Hello from DC

    Hi everyone, I joined Autogeek.net due to my recent reinvigorated interest in detailing my cars!
