I don't have one at the moment.... I do have an extractor, but with how bulky and awkward the nozzle is, I doubt I could make any progress. I'm really afraid of making it worse than it already is.

I'm trying to remove this 'grease' from the headliner of this '02 BMW 540i. The guy said it's from a bicycle tire? I tried spraying part of it with folex and rubbing gently, but not much came off. I obviously don't want to just end up turning the grease 'lines' into a grease smear...not sure...

Well I ended up just trying to polish the rest out and this is what I ended up with. Also, There were some yellow spots (paint overspray, I'm assuming) that I couldn't get out. How would you go about removing these?

A lot! I think I did about 2-3 with the SIP and there was still a lot of oxidation, then I did another 2-3 with the Megs 105. It seriously just won't come off and I'm not sure how to tackle this job.
