That sucks. Some people just have no respect for others' property. I don't even leave business cards under the wiper of vehicles I want to detail. I hear Swissvax has products designed specifically for matte finishes.

I have forgotten to add the sample a few times before, and they have always been great with adding it into the shipment too!

I really like Finish Kare 425 for slickness and gloss, but it doesn't last as long as Optimum Car Wax. Those are the only two products I use during or after drying.

I'm not sure if Power Finish will bring that hard VW paint to the same level that 105 does. Isn't PF like 85RD, but with improved cut? I'm sure it will be great as a second step. I have PF on order, and I can't wait to try it out.

The XMT clay I have is also fairly difficult to work with. Often, it breaks apart when kneaded, and it tends to spread itself out flat during the claying motions. I generally like to use a light cutting pad with Menzerna SIP on my G110V2. Super easy to work with.

I have the G110V2, and I also use the orange pad/SIP combo often. Using that one-step combo, I worked with a 128i in the same metallic black, and I've gotten the results I think you are looking for. I am using a 5.5" CCS pad, though. Also, I don't think BMW paint is not as hard as you think...

I have a very similar setup as sgtmillhouse648, except I don't use the containers to carry my products. I carry my products in my wash buckets.

Sounds good. I think I'll take your advice on the sealant option as well as the increase in price. Though I do think that making the sealant option separate, maybe at $10, would take care of the issue of the cost of supplies. We'll see how it turns out. If it doesn't seem popular, then I will...
