It seems as though YOU are the one that needs to be educated on real world performance. It's also quite a bold claim to say that coating installers are using shady sales techniques to get paid. Yes...there are certain companies that have made some ridiculous claims that suddenly started backing...
Kevin, overloaded the discs with 205, 101 on the discs barely cut it, at least not in a timely fashion. Keep in mind I only had 10 hours on the HUGE car...it did not reach perfection, I would have needed another 15 hours or so...but I did what I could.
I was contacted by Mike at Classic Auto in Middletown, NJ to correct this 1968 Charger, which happens to be one of my dream cars. Despite working around Ferrari's and Lamborghini's, nothing has gotten be quite as excited as getting to work on this vehicle. After seeing some of his restoration...
I was contacted by someone I met on another forum, turns out he is the partner of a company that stores and restores exotic and classic vehicles. When we first started talking, he was telling me of a 1963 Corvette Coupe in Daytona Blue, which was very exciting for me since I happened to do a...

This vehicle belongs to a long time client of mine, I have corrected multiple vehicles, and he takes good care of me. This car was actually worked on back in October...I'm just finally getting around to a bunch of older write-ups.
This vehicle was absolutely BRAND new, and a lot of the damage...

This car was brand new, and luckily the owner is very well educated when it comes to detailing. He made sure the car was never touched or washed by the dealership...he pulled the plastic off himself.
The owner contacted me about a week before the work was performed, he had vehicles Opti-Coated...
