any help do i have to throw these away each time?

are the Lake Country Coating Applicator one time use or are they re-usable, i coating a car with my brother using two of these applicators and after use cleaned the pad cleaner and dawn soap and the next day they are very hard, i guess there was still some coating left in them that dries Lake...
