I just got my new PC7424 in the mail along w/ some Meguiars W8207 & W9207 pads. Was I supposed to get a backing plate too? I noticed that the pads do not attach. I was told that the pads had Velcro & would simpy "attach". The only thing the 7424 came w/ was a wrech, handle, nut, & some...
