    This makes my stomache cringe....

I just commented on his video on YouTube. What is this guy thinking! Goto 3:34 in the video and look at the HUGE swirl marks in his paint when he's done!

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

On their website it lists it as a gloss enhancer and sealant in one. It is under the glaze category. It's hard to say what it would be listed under in reality. If you ask chemical guys about where this fits in, they state it's a glaze and to apply 109 Sealant after you apply BL. So, I'm sticking...

If I decide to use 50/50 on it after the 109 and BL I'll post pics

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

I have almost hit the buy button on a can of 50/50 a few times this week to see if the results would be even better than two layers of the BL. I did purchase a bottle of 109 Jet Sealant. I've heard that works really well and I'm hoping it will help with the nasty summers we have here in NC.

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

It's a detailer spray mixed with sealant according to chemical guys. From the before and after shots on the forums using the product, it's pretty impressive.

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

I run into this on my highlander as well. I live in eastern NC and it is damn hot here. It's in the garage once it gets home, but get's enough sun in the 8 hours I'm at work to kill the paint. I've also heard that two coats of black light work very well in place of a layer of separate wax. I...

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

Thanks for the input. I thought it was way overkill too when I saw all they recommended on a new car. I guess I would see some difference, but not overall anything that noticeable compared to just doing the clay, black light and V7.

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

I was planning on: claying the vehicle, applying black light, using their spray V7 and possibly waxing it if you all suggested. This what what CG recommended when I asked the same question I asked you guys on the forum. What do you all think? Overkill for a new car? Wash (Chemical Guys...

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

What about the V7 that is recommended with the blacklight? Would that be considered still just a sealant with the detailer? Would you apply the V7 and then a spray wax still?

    CG BlackLight on New Vehicle

I have been really impressed with all the results I've seen with chemical guys blacklight product on white/pearl vehicles and was going to give it a try on my new blizzard pearl Toyota. When looking over Mikes new vehicle detailing guide it talks about using sealants/wax for the final step. My...

    Glazed and Confused

Mike do you think I would need anything before I polished via rotary and afterwards what would you recommend for wax/sealant on that type of paint.

    Glazed and Confused

I recently have come into the possession of a Dewalt rotary polisher. I've been hand waxing and polishing my cars for years, but never on a rotary. I've used them before years ago, but could use a little help figuring out what I need to purchase. The car this will be used on is a 2013 Toyota...
