Is Griots Poly wax comparable to HD Poxy?

Any suggestions? I think Finishing Sealant is similar to HD Speed. I see that people like putting HD Poxy after HD Speed. Anyone use HD Poxy after Finishing Sealant? How about Meguair's Ultimate Fast Finish?

Got another question. For a new car that the dealership probably waxed. Do I need to use paint prep like Griots paint prep following washing/ironx/clay and before using Griots Finishing Sealant?
