Most effective or best value Iron Remover?

Sorry to revive this but I didnt want to start another thread and this seemed like the most recent. The cheapest gallons I've been looking at are Adam's Iron Remover for $45 and Nanoskin Iron Free for $42. Both come from reputable companies yet cost half of your normal iron/fall out removers...

Clean road grime without hand washing

As an Uber driver, I feel riders want a ride in a car that looks clean and strive to provide that. However, not all of us have access to a location, water spigot, and garden hose or pressure washer where we can wash our cars with the 2-bucket method. I live in an apartment building, and besides...

DA cutting pad for removing oxidation

Ok, after educating myself further I have found that it is clear coat failure. Please excuse my ignorance.

DA cutting pad for removing oxidation

I have not but have heard Mazda's are known to have thin paint but also hard. Not sure how this affects my buffing options. I tried a test spot on the car's hood with a medium and coarse foam pad with Meg's 205 and it didn't seem to do much to the paint except get rid of swirls. Some hard...

DA cutting pad for removing oxidation

Hello, I used my GG 6" random orbital polisher with 5" flexible backing plate and lake country CCS yellow low profile cutting 5.5 inch foam pad with Meg's M101 and I didn't really get the results I thought I would. Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I did it exactly as the products said to do. The car...

    Hello forum

I made some more cost comparisons and made compromises where I had to. Before all this I was considering a Harbor Freight DA polisher and just going at it with my inferior products but then I found autogeek and it all went uphill from there. Ordered the GG 6" DA polisher HD version and 5 Inch...

    Hello forum

The pads and discs look good, so I will be definately ordering them. However, I'm finding it hard to justify Meg's D300 if I'm getting M101. Also, while the CarPro Essence looks to be great polish, its quite expensive. I'm looking for a good polish about half that price.

    Hello forum

Is M101 intended for a DA polisher? Can it be used with microfiber pads? What Meg compound would be best with a DA polisher with either foam or microfiber pads? I thought M105 was intended for DA polishers with different pads.

    Hello forum

So I should invest in a good buffer. Which do you recommend. Seems the porter cable 7424xp is what I've been hearing about a lot.

    Hello forum

Been in country after not having a vehicle for three years from being stationed overseas. I now have two six years old cars. My truck has quite a bit of miles for its age but the paint isn't too bad. My car has less miles but the paint looks like it's never been waxed and is beginning to look...
