Hi Mike ~ I use a Porter Cable and had it at 6. I was rotating 4 orange LC pads and typically the dusting would primarily occur on the 2nd section with a pad. I typically do two 20" by 20" sections with each pad, change it out and then once I have used all 4 pads I clean them and start over. I...

The FG400 seems a tad dusty to me, could be the Indian and not the arrow, but the SF4000 finishes like a dream. That stuff is amazing. I was using 8 passes with the FG400 and 5 or 6 with the SF4000, the last two passes on each were basically just the weight of the machine. Good luck!

Thanks Allen! I got the FG400 for working on a different car that needed more correction work. The WGTSR is for the car with light swirls. I am thinking of picking up some 5 1/2" Hydro pads. I will test those versus the 5 1/2 CCS pads that I already have. Thanks for the input Rmd!

It may not feel rough if you run your hand across it; after you wash the car put a plastic sandwich baggy over your hand and see if the paint grabs the bag, feels rough. My son's new car felt fine to the naked hand but when I put the baggy on it was a whole different story.

You are correct you would apply the AIO and then the SG. With Klasse products you can easily apply them both by hand, although you can use the DA with the AIO. I would apply the SG by hand.
