Maybe it’s some air still in the line. I know when I connect my simple chuck I have to run it for a couple minutes to get all the air out of the line

Since I didn’t purchase from autogeek i just called the number on their website. I’m going to call first thing Monday morning also.

Mines came apart today also. I went to their website and saw that they have it. But i guess you have to call them to order it. Mine is fairly new as well and I’m gonna call Monday to see if it’s covered under warranty

I’m getting a little frustrated that my orders don’t get shipped until 3 business days after the order is placed. I’m a part timer and I make at least 4 orders a month. Probably gonna be my last order from here. But I’ll still check the forums everyday. Lol

My daughter recently purchased a 21 mark2 for me for Christmas. I have yet to use it. So i decided to buy some rupes pads and some hdo pads. When I hold the polisher in the air with the rupes pads I feel a little vibration. But with the hdo pads I feel 0 vibrations. 🤷🏽#♂️.

My 2 all time favorites are prima hydro and reload. Super slick and great shine. Since I just recently got a metrovac I never use a drying aid anymore in my personal car. But I have used all the otc ones and some boutique ones

Thanks Mr Phillips for commenting. Maybe I did 2 things wrong. I didn't use a microfiber applicator, I use the tuff shine sponge. And I also didn't wipe it down. Nor did I use heat. I'm more then happily with the Wolfgang and pinnacle gel. I even used a scrub brush with regular soap and they...

Thanks for the responses. I was expecting more then a day and wash with longevity. I'm gonna give it another try and if I don't get better results I will definitely give this away. I haven't been this disappointed in a product in a long time.

Thanks everyone for the responses. My car is coated so to have it for that is great but it would be mainly for cracks and crevices. The mckees says 20,000 plus cfm but the metro says 28000 cfm. I want to make the right purchase the first time.
